Refund and return policy
According to the art. 52 of the consumer code, you have the right to return a product purchased on our site or in store within 14 days of receiving it.
Attention! If you decide to return a product, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
To make your return follow these simple instructions:
1. Send us a message via Whatsapp at 3491819401 and our customer service will reply as soon as possible.
2. Pack the product and send it to the following address: Via Stazzone, 167 – 95123 Catania “MID∆ Nail Care”. You can send it with your courier or we can book the collection.
3. When we receive the item, we will give you confirmation of this and after verifying that it is intact, we will proceed to credit the amount.
4. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. In case of cash on delivery payment, we ask you to provide us with the Iban code and account holder to make the refund.
All products must be intact, undamaged or used.
In the event of receipt of a defective or damaged product, we will replace it or refund it.
In the case of returning a product purchased by mistake, replacements will not be made with different products, but a refund will be issued.
In the event that your micromotor or vacuum cleaner is damaged and you notice the defect or damage within 12 months, we ask you to contact us via Whatsapp on 3491819401.
We do not carry out replacements or repairs for accidental damage or damage caused by external factors.
